St. Paul's Partners with Ministry Architects
We value the children of our church, and we are committed to building sustainable youth and children’s ministries that are going to have a deep impact. That’s why we are developing a game plan together. Whether we are facing a pandemic, hurricane recovery, or busy lives, we want to make sure we are serving the needs of our children, youth, and families. You can learn more about Ministry Architects here.
After spending two days in these listening groups (and taking copious notes), the Ministry Architects team hunkered down to write a report, that shares with us what they heard about the youth and children’s ministries – including assets, challenges, and how we compare to youth and children’s ministries around the country – and where it seems that God might be taking us next. You can read the report here.
Over the next 18 months, clergy and volunteers from St. Paul's will work closely with Ministry Architects to utilize our assets and address our challenges. If you feel called to participate in this renovation, please contact Mtr. Liz here. We will continue to update this space with more information about our ministry renovation.
Please pray for our youth and the renovation team during this process.
God our Father, you see your children growing up in an
unsteady and confusing world: Show them that your ways
give more life than the ways of the world, and that following
you is better than chasing after selfish goals. Help them to
take failure, not as a measure of their worth, but as a chance
for a new start. Give them strength to hold their faith in you,
and to keep alive their joy in your creation; through Jesus
Christ our Lord. Amen.
